In particular, we bring our holistic view and strategic focus to the design and structuring of major projects in the Energy, Water and Infrastructure, drawing on a combination of innovative solutions and advisory expertise to create and capacitate project delivery. From niche to community-focused solutions providing just a few megawatts/kiloliters, to multi-gigawatt/megaliters projects at the national or international scale we work with communities, business, government and parastatal clients to solve their priority projects and financing challenges and to support sustainable growth for their economies.

We take a collaborative approach with our funders, clients and other stakeholders to ensure that each party can best achieve its individual goals.  We focus on developing a detailed understanding of project risk, then utilize this insight to shape and structure bankable projects from the earliest stages with governments, finance providers, and regulatory authorities. Pangaea gets involved in early stage development in project finance transactions  financial advisory, debt and equity capital arranging.
