Who we are
Our name “Pangaea” comes from the Ancient Greek words Pan meaning “all, entire, whole” and Gaia meaning “Mother Earth, land”. Long ago the Earth’s separate continents were still united as Pangaea – a vast, continuous and unbroken land mass. This original Pangaea is, for us, a symbol for bringing together all of the Earth’s vast abundance and limitless possibilities, bridging the barriers of geography, politics, industry and specialist expertise.
